By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. kigame will conduct age verification using CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation or equivalent government-issued identification before processing any withdrawal.

3.1 You must keep your registration details current and accurate at all times. Changes to your mobile number or email should be updated promptly through account settings or by contacting kigame support.
3.2 You must notify kigame immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kigame shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain appropriate account security.
3.3 kigame accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your kigame account.
3.4 kigame reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting documentary evidence. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
4.1 Supported Methods: kigame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions with local Pakistani methods are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. kigame may revise minimum limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the player's name.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa for verified accounts are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. kigame does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 KYC Verification: CNIC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. kigame follows international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any withdrawal request where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed or declined.
4.6 Deposits for Gambling Only: Funds deposited into your kigame account must be your own funds sourced from legitimate activities. Depositing funds with the intent of withdrawing without genuine play ("bonus abuse" or "money laundering") is strictly prohibited.
5.1 kigame may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 kigame reserves the right to withdraw or amend any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused or manipulated any bonus offer will have their winnings forfeited and their accounts reviewed for possible suspension.
5.4 Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one Bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
6.1 All bets and gaming activity on kigame are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or bet before participating.
6.2 Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international matches). kigame's decision on bet settlement is final in cases of dispute.
6.3 Void Bets: kigame reserves the right to void bets that were placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical faults or human error in the odds-setting process. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 Maximum Payout: kigame may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Current limits are displayed in the relevant section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
6.5 RNG-based games (slots, table games, instant games) use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. kigame does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kigame and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kigame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, loss of profits, or data loss.
10.3 kigame's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to liability.
11.1 kigame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void any pending bets or bonuses, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued service presents a regulatory or legal risk.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to the player's breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
11.3 Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting kigame support. Any verified balance will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which kigame operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of kigame, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
